VEJA의 아시아 시장 첫 공식 직영 진출이자, 서울 한남에 첫 선보이는 플래그십 스토어 오픈을 맞아 함께할 세일즈 어시스턴트 (Sales Assistant )를 찾고 있습니다.

이번 채용으로 합류하게 될 팀원들은 VEJA의 브랜드 스토리와 진정성 있는 가치를 고객에게 친근하게 전달하며, 베자 한남 플래그십 스토어의 시작을 함께 만들고 첫 고객을 맞이할 오픈 멤버가 됩니다.

주요 업무 (Your role)

• VEJA의 프로젝트, 지속가능성에 대한 약속, 그리고 제품 스토리를 고객에게 친근하고 깊이 있게 전달합니다.
• 진정성 있고 따뜻한 태도로 고객을 맞이하며 원활한 매장 경험을 제공합니다.
• 고객의 전체 쇼핑 여정을 세심하게 지원합니다.
• 플래그십 스토어의 환경을 쾌적하게 유지하고 VM(비주얼 머천다이징) 가이드라인을 준수합니다.
• 판매, 재고 보충 및 창고 정리 업무를 체계적으로 관리합니다.
• 서로 신뢰하고 협력하는 팀워크를 바탕으로 근무합니다.

자격 요건 (Profile)

• 리테일/매장 관련 경력자 우대
• VEJA의 브랜드 스토리를 전달할 수 있는 소통 능력과 친근한 서비스 마인드
• 밝은 에너지와 적극적인 태도로 매장에 활력을 더할 수 있는 분
• 패션과 트렌드에 관심이 많으며, 자신감 있고 감각적인 스타일을 가진 분
• 정직함, 시간 준수, 팀워크 중심의 사고
• 지속가능한 패션과 VEJA의 미션에 대한 관심
• 한국어 필수
• 영어가능자 우대 (매장 상황 및 다양한 고객군 대응)

VEJA is opening its first direct Flagship Store in Seoul ? join the adventure!

To mark VEJA’s first direct entry into Asia and the grand opening of our flagship store in Seoul, we are looking for passionate and committed Sales Associates to join our team.

In this role, you will bring VEJA’s story, values, and commitments to life for our local customers. You will be an inaugural team member shaping the beginning of our Seoul flagship store and welcoming our very first visitors.

Your Role

• Share VEJA’s project, sustainability commitments, and product stories with warmth and clarity.
• Welcome customers with authenticity and care, providing a seamless store experience.
• Support customers thoughtfully throughout their entire shopping journey.
• Maintain the flagship store`s environment and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Handle sales, stock replenishment, and stockroom organization with care.
• Work collaboratively as part of a reliable and supportive team.

Profile

• First experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sharing VEJA’s brand story.
• Energetic, proactive, and positive mindset that brings great enthusiasm to the store floor.
• Strong passion for fashion with a confident and stylish presentation.
• Comfortable, warm, and natural interacting with customers.
• Organized, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Genuine interest in responsible fashion and VEJA’s mission.
• Fluency in Korean is mandatory.
• English proficiency is a plus.
