이번 채용으로 합류하게 될 팀원은 Store Manager를 보조하여 팀을 빌딩하고, 운영을 지원하며, 베자 한남 플래그십 스토어의 시작을 함께 만들고 첫 고객을 맞이할 오픈 멤버가 됩니다.

주요 업무 (Your role)

• Store Manager를 보조하여 팀 리딩, 교육 및 동기부여를 지원합니다.
• 원활한 일일 매장 운영과 긍정적인 근무 환경을 조성합니다.
• 세심하고 따뜻하며 진정성 있는 고객 경험을 제공합니다.
• KPI 모니터링, 매출 결과 분석 및 개선 방안 제안을 함께 추진합니다.
• VM(비주얼 머천다이징) 가이드라인 준수 및 매장 환경을 관리합니다.
• 재고 관리, 물류 수령 및 매장 창고 정리를 지원합니다.
• 고객과 팀원들에게 VEJA의 미션과 지속가능성에 대한 약속을 공유합니다.

자격 요건 (Profile)

• 리테일/매장 경력 필수 (팀 리드 또는 슈퍼바이저 경력 우대)
• 책임감 있고 체계적이며 매장 운영 실무를 원활히 수행할 수 있는 분
• 세심한 서비스 마인드와 자연스러운 고객 소통 능력
• 밝은 에너지와 적극적인 태도로 매장에 활력을 더할 수 있는 분
• 패션과 트렌드에 관심이 많으며, 자신감 있고 감각적인 스타일을 가진 분
• 침착하고 경청하는 태도를 갖춘 팀 중심의 사고
• 지속가능한 패션과 VEJA의 미션에 대한 관심
• 한국어 및 영어 필수

VEJA is opening its first direct Flagship Store in Seoul ? join the adventure!

To mark VEJA’s first direct entry into Asia and the grand opening of our flagship store in Seoul, we are looking for a passionate and engaged Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving operations, and bringing VEJA’s values to life. You will be an inaugural team member shaping the beginning of our Seoul flagship store and welcoming our very first visitors.

Your Role

• Support the Store Manager in leading, training, and motivating the team.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working environment.
• Deliver an attentive, simple, and warm customer experience.
• Help monitor KPIs, analyze results, and suggest improvement actions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, and store organization.
• Share VEJA’s mission and sustainability commitments with customers and the team.

Profile

• Previous experience in retail required; team lead or supervisor experience is a plus.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable handling store operational responsibilities.
• Strong sense of service and ease with customer interaction.
• Energetic, proactive, and positive mindset that brings great enthusiasm to the store floor.
• Strong passion for fashion with a confident and stylish presentation.
• Team-oriented, calm, and attentive.
• Genuine interest in responsible fashion and VEJA’s mission.
• Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory.
